Care Leaver Support

We are providing ongoing support to young people who came through our supported Residential Care and are now young adults

These young people have such varied stories and reasons for needing support but everyone of them is pursuing their future with excitement and we are happy to walk alongside them to achieve their dreams. We employ a social worker who engages with these young people, to provide the necessary support whereby they will be prepared to stand on their own two feet in the future. Each young person is worked with on an Individual Basis and participates in governing their own needs and the support that is provided to them. We’ve had great joy in seeing these young people protected, empowered and strengthened and starting their journey into the next stage of their lives.
